Latisha Stephens, MBA, a multi-passionate business leader with over 25 years of experience in human resources, operations, and property management. From managing multimillion-dollar portfolios to leading high-performing teams, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong, sustainable business infrastructures that drive growth.

Latisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Minor in International Business degree and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree, a reflection of her lifelong commitment to education and empowering small business owners through knowledge and strategy.

As an author, speaker, and educator, Latisha’s mission extends beyond consulting, she is passionate about teaching business owners how to operate efficiently, build strong teams, and create businesses that work for them, not against them.
